Andrea Navedo was born in America and has written a number of books. Navedo played a regular role on the NBC Crime Show Law & Order, as Detective Ana Cordova from 2001-2004. Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages followed in the same vein, along with Blue Bloods. Navedo was also in a variety of films such as El Cantante and Remember Me. Navedo was a regular character in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit as well as How to Make It in America Golden Boy from 2011 through 2013. Superfast!, a comedy film that she played. which was a parody of The Fast and the Furious film series, which was released in 2015. Navedo started her acting career in the world of daytime soap operas. From 1995 to 1997 she played Linda Soto in the ABC soap show One Life to Live. She was cast in Guiding Light, a CBS soap opera, in the role of Theresa Sandoval.
